Activated Carbon for the Treatment of Seasonings & Glutamate

For the treatment of seasonings and glutamate chemical activated carbon with high decolorization capacity is used.

The optimum carbon dosage and optimum contact time for a given application are determined by measuring the adsorption isotherm of an activated carbon and plotting a decolorization curve. This methods provides effective means to determine the dosage rate and contact time under quasi-practical conditions.

Recommended AC Qualities:
Carbopal Gn-X
Carbopal Gn-P

All activated carbon types mentioned meet the requirements of the Food Chemicals Codex (FCC).
